20.03.2007 - Two stevedore companies of Paldiski South Port merged.
On the 14th of February the two stevedore companies acting at Paldiski South Port owned by Baltic Maritime Logistics Group , ESTEVE Terminal AS and PSP Stevedoring OÜ, concluded a merger contract.
Upon merger the enterprise will continue under the business name of ESTEVE Terminal AS, the head of the managing board of ESTEVE Terminal, Üllar Raad, told to BNS. The balance day of merger is 1st of January 2007.
Prior to the merger contract, in October 2006, the previous small partner of PSP Stevedoring, Baltic Maritime Logistics Group AS, acquired all parts of the enterprise from the copartners in return for monetary benefit.
The revenue of financial year 2006 for PSP Stevedoring, founded in 2001, was 28 million Kroons. Compared to financial year 2005 the increase was 77 percent.
During the financial year PSP Stevedoring handled total of 328.000 tons of goods, which is 64 percent more than during the financial year 2005.

ESTEVE Terminal is a member of Baltic Maritime Logistics Group concern since 2002.
The revenue of financial year 2006 for ESTEVE Terminal, founded in 1997, was 103 million Kroons, which showed an increase by almost one fifth in one year.
During the financial year ESTEVE Terminal handled total of 1.5 million tons of goods, which was 29 percent more than during the financial year 2005.
After joining PSP Stevedoring, ESTEVE Terminal has control over 209.000 square meters of storage area and 12.000 square meters of closed warehouses at Paldiski South Port.
